Introductory hand-forming workshop ideal for first contact with clay, but also for the more advanced. A 2-hour experience that will immerse you in the captivating art of ceramic creation. The workshop, designed for all skill levels, offers a fun and educational introduction to the craft of pottery.
You'll learn some fundamental clay handling techniques, such as the slab technique, pinched pot, colombinage and more. Then you'll explore ways to decorate and personalize your creations.
The firing of 2 pieces is offered with the course. If you create and keep more than 2 pieces, their firing will be $10/piece. You can pick up your creations at Café Cocooning about 4 weeks after the course.

- Various enamels and glazes added by Maison Bélanger to the second firing
Some recommendations for the shaping course:
- Keep your nails short
- Do not wear jewelry or watches
- Wear workshop-appropriate clothing. We recommend that you bring an apron or cloth to wipe your hands.
